"Andreas Transo is a storyteller and musician, performing mostly traditional and contemporary Irish folk music.  He travels the world learning, sharing knowledge, and spreading the message of peace and community.  THE HANDFUL OF EARTH is a project that strives to support and encourage the traditional and folk music scenes in the areas he travels, by being involved in the local jams and sessions and by hiring local musicians to back him during his gigs.  He has toured and performed with a number of fantastic musicians...and always looking to do more!"
