"Susan and John Nicholson, both accomplished musicians on violin/fiddle and guitar/banjo respectively, formed Frogwater in 1997.  Frogwater features a cross-pollination of musical styles: Celtic, bluegrass, old-time, blues.  Their performances are influenced by their love of Irish and Scottish music, colored by Susan's flashing fingers on the fiddle and John's prowess on Celtic, blues and finger-style guitar."
